Support

CRY Bereavement Supporters
CRY’s Bereavement supporters are family members who have suffered a tragedy and are available to support others through their loss. They have been trained to help people who have suffered a bereavement. The development of CRY's counselling programme is currently funded by a grant awarded by the Department of Health.

If you would like more information on our Bereavement Supporters go to:

 www.c-r-y.org.uk/bereavement_supporters.htm

If you would like to talk with one of our Bereavement Supporters call the CRY office and speak to Alison Cox. Alison Cox is the Founder and Chief Executive of CRY.  She started CRY as a bereavement counsellor and would be pleased to have the opportunity to help you and put you in touch with a person who will have suffered a similar tragedy to yourself.

CRY Surgery Supporters Club
In September  2002 CRY launched the CRY Surgery Supporters Club for young people (under 35) who have had or are about to confront potentially life-saving surgery and want to talk to others who have been through a similar experience,  including fitting of pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, ICD and ablation.

Club members can be contacted through the CRY office and would be pleased to help and support any young person undergoing or who has had implantation of ICD, implantable defibrillator, pacemaker or ablation. If you would like more information on our Surgery Supporters Club go to www.c-r-y.org.uk/ssgroup.htm
